Submit search result feedback in bulk

Submit up to 100 feedback items in one call, for example when syncing recruiter
decisions from an ATS or results reviewed by an agent. Each item has exactly the shape
of a POST /v2/search/feedback body, items may belong to different threads, and each
item succeeds or fails on its own: the response is 200 with one result per item, in
the order sent. Failed items carry the status code the single endpoint would have
returned; retry only those with a 5xx code.
